Safety conscious Morse MORStakTM Forklift Mounted Drum Rackers, move drums on and off racks, pallets, trucks, etc. with your forklift. Lift an upright drum and place in horizontal position. Rack rimmed 55-gallon (210 liter) steel or plastic drums weighing up to 800 Lb. (363 kg) side by side with virtually zero clearance between them. Handle your drum with a drum faucet in place, allowing your drum rack to serve as a dispensing station.

MORStakTM Forklift Mounted Drum Rackers eliminate "bare fork" drum handling. Move drum on and off rack, pallet, truck, etc. Control drum tilt from your forklift with battery-powered tilt. Securely clamp drum into holder. Lift drum from upright or horizontal position. Place drum upright or horizontally.

A 2-button pendant reaches back to the forklift operator to control drum tilting. Wireless Control Option is also available. Forklift mounted drum rackers feature battery powered tilt with self contained hydraulics. They have a positive drum gripping mechanism that must be manually engaged before lifting an upright drum or tilting a drum from horizontal position. MORStakTM drum rackers will not allow you to tilt your drum without the clamp engaged.

MORStakTM forklift mounted drum rackers have self contained 12V DC battery powered hydraulics. The 12V deep cycle battery and charger are included. No connection to the hydraulics or power of your forklift is required.

Rack a 55-gallon (210 liter) steel drum, or a 55-gallon (210 liter) plastic drum with Top Rim when the included Drum Pads are installed. The Drum Pads are designed to support a flexible plastic drum. With Drum Pads installed, maximum drum cradle width is reduced from 19" (48.25 cm) to 13" (33 cm).

Omni-LiftTM Drum Rackers enable racking a drum up to 72" (183 cm) high. They are easily handled by one person. Lift a drum from either horizontal or vertical position on the floor. The Omni-Lift Drum Racker will accommodate a drum faucet that extends up to 10" from the drum.

Models with ergonomic battery, air or plug-in electric Power Drum Lift and Tilt Control. Fully manual lift and tilt models also available. Manual and air powered models available with spark resistant parts.

Steps to Rack a Drum

1. Secure upright drum in holder with web strap and ratchet
2. Lift drum
3. Tilt drum to horizontal
4. Release web strap
5. Transport drum to rack, then raise drum
6. Rack drum in horizontal position

Handle a 55-gallon (210 liter) drum with a drum faucet in place, allowing your drum rack to serve as a dispensing station.

To Rack a RIMMED 55-Gallon (210 liter) PLASTIC Drum install Drum Pad Kit # 3313-P. This kit provides pads to support the flexible sidewalls of a plastic drum. The drum must have suitable top rim for chine catches to engage. NOTE: Models with spark resistant parts already include spark resistant Poly Drum Pad Kit.

Clearance for 8" front wheels is required under the lowest shelf. Drum cradles on rack must be no wider than 16” (40.6 cm) for steel drum, or no wider than 11” (28 cm) for a plastic drum.

You can also place a horizontal 55-gallon (210 liter) steel drum onto the open end of a Morse Stationary Drum Roller, or onto a Portable Drum Roller (except when equipped with accessory # 3313-P).
