The EasyLift Economy Drum Mover can eliminate strained backs, pinched fingers and other injuries associated with manhandling drums on and off pallets, floor scales and secondary containment pallets. All drum movers will handle any size plastic, fiber or steel chimed drums of any height raising to a full 20 inches. The convenient foot pedal arrangement is user friendly for all operators. The direct lift concept of the hydraulic cylinder to the load being lifted requires minimal foot pounds applied to the lift pedal. The smaller pedal is pressure sensitive to provide a controlled descent when pressure is applied. The 5” x 2” swivel casters are equipped with a lever locks to keep the machine from rolling when not in use. All of our drum handling equipment is designed with the safety of your team in mind.

The ELE800 drum mover is supplied with an EG1 single clamping mechanism. This clamping mechanism automatically latches on the drum chime when being elevated for transport. The clamping mechanism is fully adjustable for shorter height drums. An optional EG2L double clamping mechanism is recommended for heavy plastic and fiber drums to lower the stress exerted in the drums chime.

All EasyLift drum moving equipment is manufactured in the USA.

The ELE800 is provided with a safety yellow powder coating. Options to this include FDA approved epoxy powder coating or 304 stainless steel construction.

The ELE800 as with all of our products are available with scales for weighing drums. Scales provide instant drum weights without the need for bulky floor scales. Scales are extremely accurate and perfect for inventory or pumping out of drums by weight.

The ELE is available with a rechargeable air tank and pneumatic cylinder  to replace the manual hydraulic foot pump. This pneumatic option provides as effortless way to raise and lower drums. The 200 p.s.i. air tank is equipped with a coupling that allows quick recharging, similar to inflating a tire. The pneumatic cylinder elevates/lowers the drum by means of a joystick control. Typically, if a tank is recharged at 100 p.s.i., a 600 lb drum can be lifted and lowered 10” above floor level 30 times per charge. As this option is generally ordered for use in hazardous areas, it includes a rubber belt to contact the lower side of the drum, non-sparking jaws in the clamping head and grounding strap to eliminate static sparks. The EasyLIftTM Model EL10072DC was designed to stack or unstack empty steel 55-gallon drums in trailers, eliminating back injuries associated from manual handling. The EL10072DC has a tall single stage mast with DC powered lift and gravity down functions by means of a switch on the top of the cabinet. Fully charged, this model is capable of triple stacking 240 empty drums into a trailer.

The clamping mechanism has several closely spaced adjustment settings to enable the operator to position the clamp in the proper position as drum heights vary. The EL10072DC is equipped with a key switch, battery discharge indicator, automatic battery charger, ergonomic casters, a step-down foot floor lock and powder coated in safety yellow for durability.
